Her professional practice focuses on assisting clients in the protection of their industrial and intellectual property, including the registration and maintenance of distinctive signs, invention patents, copyright, and any administrative conflict that may arise. Likewise, she assists clients in the processing of sanitary registration of products, licenses and franchises. Furthermore, she focuses her practice on assisting companies, both in their corporate dimension and in their business operations and commercial transactions.
Education
She obtained a law degree (Magna Cum Laude) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and a master’s Degree in Corporate Business Law from the same institution. Additionally, she earned an LL.M. from Georgetown University, with a focus on Intellectual Property.
