After holding various posts in business, Frans Beishuizen started his legal career as a corporate lawyer at Allen & Overlying Amsterdam. Subsequently Frans decided to start up his own legal consultancy firm providing advisory services to various businesses.Frans was also a local councilor at the municipality of Amsterdam. In 2009, Frans and Lukas Witsenburg joined forces to set up the law firm Penrose.
Frans specialises in corporate law, contract law, legal project management and negotiating dispute resolutions. Thanks to this combination of specializations plus his extensive experience and his strong business acumen, Frans identifies and evaluates opportunities and risks efficiently and comes to a suitable approach for the legal matters at hand.
Frans has a wide range of clients including large waste management and recycling companies. Frans advises on matters relating to manufacturer responsibility – among others – for packaging. Frans also assists clients with tender procedures. Frans also focuses on innovative businesses, active in the field of electrical mobility and solar energy.
