Practising Lawyer since 1993, became partner of the Panamanian Law Firm Patton Moreno & Asvat in at the age of , being the youngest person to become a Partner at the Law Firm. During his practice in Patton Moreno & Asvat, he was in charge of developing the corporate and offshore business of the firm, as well as being responsible for most of the offices that the firm had outside of Panama and participated in the develpment of other business related to the law practice, such as Trust, Mutual Fund Management and Administration and Overseas Legal Service Companies.
Having a Background in Business by graduating from INCAE, a Business School sponsored by Harvard University in Costa Rica and one of the most important Business Schools in the latinamerican region, have also participated as Founder and Member of the Board of Director of ventures outside of the law practice by being involved in Companies related to Real Estate Developments, Hospitality, Financial, Food Processing, Insurance, Medical and Agriculture.
Founded SIGNIA in 2012 with a view of giving birth to a law firm with a compromise to provide its clients with a unique level of personal service and solutions according to their actual needs, by proving not only legal assistance, but also consultancy work in different areas, such as protection of assets, corporte structures, as well as maritime, tax, corporate, administrative and financial law, by having lead lawyers and consultants in each of the areas mentioned.
Acted also as Member of the Board of Directors of several Associations such as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Panama, the Maritime Law Association, Latin America Business Counsil and the International Lawyers Association of Panama, He has also participated as member of the Board of Directors of United Way and Club Activo 20-30, both being non profit organization dedicated to the health and develpment of Children in Panama.
