Esther Cubillo Ruiz joined the firm in 1998, she is Chief Partner of the Litigation and Litigation Department of the Barcelona office.

Throughout his professional career, his experience in Procedural Law, Bank Litigation, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, as well as in the banking, financial, real estate and industrial sectors stands out.

Esther is a proceduralist with extensive experience in bank and real estate litigation and insolvency proceedings.
