Esther Cubillo Ruiz joined the firm in 1998, she is Chief Partner of the Litigation and Litigation Department of the Barcelona office.
Throughout his professional career, his experience in Procedural Law, Bank Litigation, Intellectual Property, Data Protection, as well as in the banking, financial, real estate and industrial sectors stands out.
Esther is a proceduralist with extensive experience in bank and real estate litigation and insolvency proceedings. He has successfully defended the interests of the firm’s clients in all types of proceedings. In addition, he regularly advises companies on litigious issues of intellectual property, unfair competition, and distribution and agency.
He also participates regularly as a speaker in courses organized by Recoletos Conferences and the Institute for International Research . In 2016 and 2017, Esther has taught courses at the Madrid Bar Association on Executions.
