Emmanuel is a capable and experienced corporate, immigration and an oil and gas lawyer, with both a national and international background. He has been involved in providing legal and regulatory advisory services in addition to Company Secretarial services to large corporations in Uganda. Emmanuel has been involved in big oil and gas projects both locally in Uganda and internationally and widely acknowledged as an expert in the industry.
A respected individual who communicates well at all levels and integrates easily with a wide range of people. Through his work life, Emmanuel has acquired excellent legal analytical skills and has handled several court cases and was involved in several contract negotiations on behalf of various clients.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts of Judicature in Uganda. Emmanuel holds a Master of Laws in Oil and Gas from Mukono University. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Research methods and Legal Writing Skills.
