I have been in private legal practice for 25 years and focus on transactional matters: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project finance and capital market deals. In the commercial law area I work on complex contractual arrangements. I frequently counsel on various investments, real estate and private equity and draft and negotiate real estate purchases and lease agreements as well as technology transfer agreements.
