He also practices in the field of divisions, mergers and transformations of companies, negotiating the terms of investment agreements, property succession and alternative dispute resolution methods. In the Law Firm, she also coordinates client service in cross-border relations, in particular with partner law offices in Belarus, Ukraine, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
