With more than 20 years of experience, Ali Bougrine is head of the Africa Desk in Paris and managing partner of UGGC Africa.
Although focused on mergers and acquisitions, Ali’s practice is nevertheless multidisciplinary since he regularly intervenes in structuring of international investment, complex contracts as well as in litigation and arbitration.
Ali exercises his activity both in France and abroad, especially in the Maghreb and in Africa with the support of the teams in the office of Casablanca and the Africa Desk.
Ali usually advises major industrial and financial groups, Moroccan and international (mainly French and British), numerous investment funds as well as Moroccan administrations and para-public entities.
