Noah is a Senior Lawyer practising in Nevett Ford’s Melbourne office. He is licensed to practise law both in the United States of America (NY) and Australia (VIC) and is a Registered Migration Agent.
His practice focuses on US immigration / visa law, Australian immigration / visa law, global migration, Australian employment law / workplace relations, and general Australian commercial law. He has special expertise advising on the various legal aspects related to US companies expanding to Australia and the reverse, Australian companies expanding to the USA.
Before joining Nevett Ford, Noah worked as a Senior Associate at the world’s largest global immigration law firm in both the Sydney and Melbourne offices, where he practised US and Australian immigration law. Prior to this, Noah was an Attorney-Advisor at a US government immigration agency in Washington, DC.
Noah is the Chair of the Asia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Immigration and Naturalization Committee. He is also a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Law Institute of Victoria, and Migration Institute of Australia.
He has written many legal articles and is a regular speaker. He has spoken at events held by such notable organisations as the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham), the American Australian Association, the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), Immigration Law Weekly (ILW), the Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance of Australia, the NSW Department of Industry & Investment, the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
